Barista
Crafting premium coffee and non-coffee beverages with precision and care.
- Crafting beverages according to established recipes and standard procedures.
- Proficiently operating professional espresso coffee machines, commercial grinders, and barista equipment.
- Performing regular espresso calibration, machine cleaning, and equipment maintenance.
Waitress
Serving food and drinks while ensuring a pleasant dining experience for every guest.
- Serving customers in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Guiding and explaining board game rules to customers.
Cashier
Managing transactions, daily financial reporting, and customer inquiries.
- Proficiently operating Point of Sale (POS) cashier systems.
IT Support
Maintaining shop WiFi and troubleshooting the Photobooth system for seamless operations (WiFi & Photobooth).
- Operating and maintaining the photobooth system.
- Managing and ensuring stable WiFi connectivity for guests.
Beyond the Data & Code
Working at QINA Cafe & Eatery taught me that technology is only as good as the experience it creates. Behind every order, every photobooth session, every small interaction — there's a system that either gets out of the way or gets in the way. That's the kind of thinking I bring to how I build.
